摘 要:目的探讨血清样本的保存温度和保存时间对血清胃泌素-17检测结果的影响。方法取体检者空腹血液,分离血清,按长短期正交实验设计分装保存。分析血清胃泌素17检测值与保存温度、保存时间的关系。分析冻存前后胃泌素-17的差异性。结果血清的保存温度与保存时间对胃泌素-17检测结果均有影响,随着时间增加,温度下降,胃泌素-17迅速下降,-20℃时不同时间的检测数值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清标本的保存温度与保存时间均影响血清胃泌素-17浓度,低温短时间保存或-20℃冻存是保持胃泌素-17稳定性的重要措施。To examine the impact of sample storage time and temperature on test results of serum gastrin-17.Fasting blood samples were collected from the health subjects,and serums were separated and stored in long and short orthogonal experimental design.The relationship between the measured value of serum gastrin-17 and the preservation temperature and time was analyzed.At the same time,the difference in gastrin-17 was analyzed before and after cryopreservation at-20℃.The effects of serum preservation temperature and storage time on the detection results were statistically significant.With the increase of time,the concentrations of gastrin-17 were decreased rapidly.At-20℃,there was no significant difference between the two groups at different time(P>0.05).The preservation temperature and time of serum samples are the factors that affect the concentration of serum gastrin-17.Low temperature is the most important measure to keep the stability of gastrin-17.
