利用光纤导入组织的5-氨基酮戊酸光动力与常规光动力治疗囊肿、结节型痤疮的疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的比较常规光动力以及光纤导入组织的光动力囊肿、结节型痤疮疗效。方法将40例囊肿、结节型痤疮分为两组,治疗组给予光纤导入组织光动力治疗,对照组给予常规光动力治疗,两组均每7~10天治疗一次,共4次。比较两组在治疗4次结束后、随访4周后的疗效,并记录治疗时及治疗后的不良反应。结果治疗组经4次治疗、随访4周后的有效率分别为85.00%、95.00%,对照组分别为40.00%、55.00%,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组仅有1例出现不良反应,对照组6例出现程度不等的不良反应。结论在结节、囊肿型痤疮治疗上,采取光纤导入组织内5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗方法具备安全性与有效性。To comparatively investigate the curative effect of fiber-guided photodynamic therapy of 5-aminolevulinic acid and conventional photodynamic therapy in the treatment of cysts and nodular acne by randomized controlled way.Forty patients with cyst and nodular acne were divided into treatment and control groups.The treatment group was given photodynamic therapy with optical fiber introduction and the control group was given routine photodynamic therapy.The two groups were treated once a day for 7~10 days and the treatment course was 4 times.The curative effect after 4-week treatment and 4-week follow-up was compared and adverse reaction during and after treatment was recorded.In the treatment group,the effective rates were 85.00%and 95.00%,respectively after 4 treatments and 4 weeks follow-up.In the control group,the effective rates were 40.00%and 55.00%,respectively.The effective rates in the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was one case having adverse reaction in the treatment group while there were 6 patients having varying degrees of adverse reaction.In the treatment of nodules and cystic acne,fiber-guided photodynamic therapy of 5-aminolevulinic acid is safe and effective.
