摘  要:研究高压直流继电器触头动态特性对于提高其电寿命和可靠性至关重要。利用虚拟双目视觉方法对高压直流继电器触头运动进行三维测试,通过图像处理得到三维动态特性曲线并进行分析。结果表明,触头运动存在着前后和左右方向上的偏移,且继电器在每次完成吸合和分断动作后,触头未回到初始位置,而是在每一次动作时以新的起点运动。结合三维动态特性曲线和高压直流继电器的结构特点,提出了一种触头系统的改进措施以减小偏移运动,为提高高压直流继电器的电寿命和可靠性提供依据。The contact system is an important part of high voltage DC relay.The study on the dynamic characteristic of the contact is vital to improve its electrical life and reliability.By means of the virtual binocular vision method,the movement of the contact was tested.By image processing,3D dynamic characteristic curves were gained and analyzed.The results show that the motion of the contact has offsets in the directions of front&back and left&right.The contact cannot return to the initial position after the relay completes closing and breaking actions each time,while it moves at a new starting point when the relay operates.Combining with 3D dynamic character curves and high voltage DC relay structure characteristics,this paper presented an improved method about the contact system to decrease the offsets when the contact is moving which provides the basis for improving electrical life and reliability of the high voltage DC relay.
