摘  要:电磁继电器在动作和载流时,其接触系统、电流线圈和金属导电体的温升会直接影响继电器金属材料的机械强度及绝缘材料的绝缘强度,继而影响继电器的工作寿命,因此对电磁继电器内部典型发热部件进行热特性分析十分重要。基于TC-08多路数据采集器和热电偶设计出继电器温升试验测试系统,完成对继电器典型发热部件温升的测量,通过试验研究了继电器外壳、通断时间比、分断频率等因素对继电器线圈、触点、负载管脚温升和热时间常数的影响。试验研究成果可为继电器热特性分析提供技术手段,同时为新型继电器研发提供设计依据。When a relay is working normally,the temperaturerise of its contact system,coil and the metal conductor will be above a certain range,which will affect the mechanical strength of the metal material and the dielectric strength of the insulation material.And all these influences will reduce the service life of the relay greatly.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the heat of these components.This paper designed the relay temperature test system based on thermocouple and TC-08 multichannel collector,which can get the temperature rises.By applying this system,this paper did a lot of experiments to find out the influences of the relay case,break-make ratio and breaking frequency on the temperature rises of the coil,contacts,load pin and thermal time constant.The conclusion of this paper may provide experimental and simulational means to the heat analysis of relays.It can also benefit the design of the new relay a lot.
