摘  要:在阐述了过载继电器保护机理的基础上,采用Ansys软件进行仿真,分析双金属片属性参数对过载继电器性能的影响,找出体现性能变化的关键参数。通过试验,寻求性能真实变化情况,并验证了仿真的正确性,研究在变化过程中关键参数数值改变方法和趋势,利用Ansys软件对双金属片上实际的温度变化和动作时间变化情况进行了仿真追踪,起到了提前预警的作用。The reliability of the overload relay is important to the safe operation of the motor.As the core component of overload relay,the performance of the thermal bimetal is continuously degraded in the process of using,which affects the reliability of the overload relay.On the basis of the protection mechanism of overload relay,the Ansys software was used to analyze the influence of thermal bimetal system properties on the performance of overload relay,and then the key parameters which reflect the change of performance were found out.By the test,the real change of the performance was studied on.The fitting method of change trend of the key parameters was acquired.By use of Ansys,the actual temperature and the action time on the thermal bimetal were simulated and tracked by the changed key parameters to know the change trend of overload relay in advance.
