靶点射频热凝联合椎管前间隙注射臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探析靶点射频热凝联合椎管前间隙注射臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月~2017年5月疼痛科收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者148例作为研究对象,随机分成两组各74例,对照组给予靶点射频热凝治疗,观察组在此基础上给予椎管前间隙注射臭氧疗法,对比两组的治疗效果。结果治疗3 d后、1个月后,两组的VAS评分观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间两组的不良反应发生率差异不大,且均较为轻微。结论靶点射频热凝与椎管前间隙注射臭氧疗法结合起来治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果确切,促进患者下腰痛症状的缓解,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the effect of target radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with intravenous injection of ozone therapy on lumbar disc herniation.Methods 148 patients with lumbar disc herniation selected from the Department of pain in February 2016 to 2017 Maywere randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with target radiofrequency thermocoagulation.The observation group was treated with ozone injection at the anterior spinal canal,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 days of treatment,1 month later,the VAS score of the two groups was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment,and all were mild.Conclusion The combination of target radiofrequency thermocoagulation and ozone injection at the anterior spinal canal for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is effective and can promote the relief of lower back pain.
