摘  要:[目的]探讨中医药治疗风热感冒用药规律。[方法]通过对国家专利网搜索,筛选出关于治疗风热感冒的中成药及中药方剂组方共有164首,并录入中医传承辅助系统(V2.5),采用软件集成的改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,分析治疗风热感冒的中成药及中药方剂组方规律。[结果]其中,用药频次大于10的有51味中药,排在前5位的是甘草(69)、防风(53)、连翘(52)、薄荷(49)、金银花(46),设置支持度个数为15及置信度0.6时,得出排前3位的药对频次为连翘-甘草(30)、甘草-桔梗(28)、甘草-防风(27)。[结论]可以看出治疗风热感冒主要以疏散风热、清热解毒为主,并能演化得到核心组合70个,新处方12个,这为临床治疗风热感冒及开发治疗风热感冒药物提供用药参考。[Obuective]To explore the trodition Chinese medicine of wind-cold influenza medication rules.[Methods]Through the search for national patent,screening of Chinese medicine prescription on treatment of anemopyretic cold were 164 first,and entry TCM inheritance system(V2.5),using the improved integrated software mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering,unsupervised hierarchical clustering and unsupervised entropy analysis method of data mining.The Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine prescription rules for anemopyretic colds.[Results]The use frequency is larger than 10 are 51 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,the top five are licorice(69)and wind(53),forsythia(52),mint(49),honeysuckle(46),setting the support number is 15 and 0.6 confidence level,the top three drugs the frequency of Forsythia-licorice(30),licorice-Campanulaceae(28),licorice-wind(27).[Conclusion]It can be seen that mainly in the treatment of anemopyretic colds heat-clearing and detoxification,and can get the evolution of a combination of 70 core,12 new prescriptions,which provide reference for the clinical treatment of anemopyretic cold treatment and anemopyretic cold the development of treatment.
