摘　　要：概述了水稻花药培养技术的基础研究及其在育种中的应用进展,结合辽宁省水稻花药培养育种现状,对水稻花药培养研究与应用的发展趋势和工作方向作一些初步探讨,为水稻花药培养技术更好地应用于北方粳稻育种提供参考。The progress on basic research of rice anther culture technology and its application in rice breeding are summarized in this article.Combination with the present situation of rice anther culture breeding in liaoning province,the development trend and working direction on rice anther culture research and application in the northern japonica rice breeding are discussed in order to give reference to rice breeding on better application of rice anther culture technology.
