摘  要:镁钙系耐火材料是工业生产应用中的一种重要的碱性耐火材料。镁钙系耐火材料在自然条件下容易发生水化反应,严重抑制了镁钙系耐火材料的应用与发展。系统的总结了镁钙系耐火材料特点和镁钙系耐火材料的水化机理,利用热力学计算进一步说明镁钙系耐火材料发生水化反应机理。从表面处理法、烧结法及添加剂法三个方面说明目前镁钙系耐火材料抗水化性研究现状、存在问题及发展趋势,旨在为今后镁钙系耐火材料发展提供指导。Magnesium-calcium refractory is one of the most important basic refractories in industrial application.The hydration reaction of magnesia-calcium refractories is easy to occur under natural conditions.The application and development of magnesia-calcium refractories are seriously inhibited.In this paper,the characteristics of magnesia-calcium refractories and the hydration mechanism of magnesia-calcium refractories are systematically summarized.The mechanism of hydration reaction of magnesia-calcium refractories was further explained by thermodynamic calculation.The present situation,problems and development trend of the research on the hydration resistance of magnesia-calcium refractories are described in three aspects:sintering method and additive method.The aim is to provide guidance for the development of magnesia-calcium refractories in the future.
