摘  要:针对预制泵站的大流量运行工况,提出多筒体布置方案,采用计算流体动力学方法对预制泵站全流道内的三维流动进行了模拟与分析,借助流动参数分布研究预制泵站的运行特征。根据流量分配的原则设计了4筒体顺序并联和对称并联两种方案,每个筒体内包含2台输送泵。在两种并联方案条件下进行了8台泵同时运行的流动模拟与分析,获得了输送泵和筒体内的流量分布,总结了输送泵实际运行工况偏离其设计工况的原因。对泵内流动状态进行了对比,分析了相邻泵之间的相互干扰。通过分析预制泵站出口管路内的速度和压力分布、流量分配方案及泵站底部流动特征对泵站运行的影响,描述了影响泵站运行稳定性的水力因素。研究结论为预制泵站的设计、控制和运行提供了参考。For the large flow rate operation condition of the prefabricated pumping station,a multi-storage tanks layout scheme is proposed herein,and then the 3-d flow inside of the full flow-passage of the prefabricated pumping station is simulated and analyzed with the method of the computational fluid dynamics(CFD),while the operation characteristics of the prefabricated pumping station is studied by means of flow parameter distribution.In accordance with the principle of flow rate allocation,two schemes for four storage tanks,i.e.sequently parallel layout and symmetrically parallel layout,are designed,in which two delivery pumps are contained in each storage tank.Under the condition of both the parallel layout schemes,the flow simulation and analysis on the simultaneous operations of eight pumps are made,and then flow rate distributions inside of both the delivery pump and the storage tank are obtained,while the causation of that the actual operation condition of delivery pumps deviates from its design operation condition is summarized.Furthermore,the flow conditions inside of the pumps are compared,while the mutual interference among the adjacent pumps is analyzed as well.Through the analysis on the impacts from the velocity and pressure distribution inside of the outlet pipeline,the flow rate allocation scheme and the bottom flow characteristics of the prefabricated pumping station,the hydraulic factors those impact the stability of the operation of the pumping station are described at last.The study conclusion can provide references for design,control and operation of the prefabricated pumping station.
