摘　　要：目的:探讨采用钝针皮下扇形注射透明质酸矫正面颊部凹陷的安全性和有效性。方法:自2015年1月-2016年6月,笔者科室对24例面颊部凹陷就医者,采用钝针在面颊部皮下层扇形注射透明质酸,分析术后效果,并观察其不良反应情况。结果:所有就医者面颊部凹陷得到明显改善,面部轮廓呈现饱满流畅外观,效果满意。随访6个月,2例出现局部瘀青,2周内恢复,均无硬结、感染、栓塞、坏死等并发症发生。结论:钝针皮下扇形注射透明质酸能安全、有效地矫正面颊部凹陷,临床效果满意。Objective To explore a fanshaped hyaluronic acid injection technique in subcutaneous layers with blunt needle to correct the cheek depression.Methods From January 2015 to June 2016,24 cases with cheek depression were injected with hyaluronic acid using a blunt needle into the subcutaneous tissue by a fanshaped technique,the postoperative effects were evaluated and the adverse effects were recorded.Results The cheek depression of all patients was obviously improved,and the facial outline is full of smooth appearance,the effect is satisfactory.Follow-up 6 months,2 cases of local bruising,recovered within 2 weeks.There were no induration,embolism,infection,necrosis and other complications in all patients.Conclusion Fanshaped hyaluronic acid injection technique in subcutaneous layers with blunt needle is a safe and effective method to correct cheek depression.
