摘　　要：目的:观察比较不同超薄游离穿支皮瓣在手部软组织缺损中的修复效果。方法:选取2014年1月-2016年7月于本院进行手术治疗的72例手部软组织缺损患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(超薄游离胸脐穿支皮瓣修复)和研究组(超薄游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复),每组36例。比较两组患者的临床总有效率、治疗后不同时间的感觉功能、手部功能及甲襞微循环指标。结果:研究组患者的临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后不同时间两组患者的感觉功能、手部功能及甲襞微循环指标均持续改善,且研究组显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超薄游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损效果较好,在血供、感觉及功能改善中的作用更好,因此临床应用价值相对更高。Objective To observe and compare the repair effect of different ultrathin free perforator flaps in the treatment of patients with soft tissue defect of hand.Methods 72 patients with soft tissue defect of hand who were treated with surgery in our hospital from January 2014 to July 2016 were selected for the research,and they were randomly divided into the control group(repair of ultra thin free thoracic umbilical perforator flap)and the study group(repair of ultrathin free peroneal artery perforator flap).Then the clinical effective rates sensory function,hand function and nailfold microcirculation indexes at different time after the treatment of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The clinical effective rates of the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensory function,hand function and nailfold microcirculation indexes of two groups at different time after the treatment were continuously improved,and the evaluation results of the study group were all significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The repair effect of ultrathin free peroneal artery perforator flaps in the treatment of patients with soft tissue defect of hand is better,and it has better role for the improvement of blood supply,sensory and function,so its clinical application value is relatively higher.
