摘  要:目的:对比脂肪干细胞联合自体脂肪移植与单纯脂肪移植对治疗小乳症的疗效差异。方法:纳入小乳症患者20例,共计40侧乳房,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组进行脂肪干细胞联合自体脂肪移植隆乳,对照组接受单纯自体脂肪移植隆乳。患者分别于术后1周、1个月、3个月进行随访,进行乳房基本数据采集记录及MRI检查,对比两组患者乳房体积改善效果及乳房形态满意率情况。结果:治疗组患者无论是乳房体积改善效果还是乳房形态满意率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脂肪干细胞联合自体脂肪移植治疗小乳症的疗效明显优于单纯脂肪移植,是一种值得推广和进一步研究的小乳症治疗方法。Objective To compare the effects of adipose-derived stem cell assisted autologous granular fat transplantation and simple fat transplantation in the treatment of micromastia.Methods A total of 20 cases(40 breasts)with small milky disease,were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with adiposederived stem cell combined with autologous fat transplantation for augmentation mammoplasty,while the control group with autologous fat transplantation.Basic data of the breast was recorded and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)was performed at 1 week,1 and 3 months postoperatively.Then the breast volume variation and the breast shape satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results Both the retention rate of the breast volume increment and the satisfaction rate of breast shape were significantly higher in the treatment group than those of in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adipose-derived stem cell combined with autologous fat transplantation has a significantly better effect on the treatment of micromastia than simple fat transplantation,and worth being popularized and further studied.
