皮肤微针联合医用胶原蛋白海绵改善女性面部皮肤老化的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察皮肤微针联合医用胶原蛋白海绵治疗女性面部皮肤老化的疗效。方法:选取32例面部皮肤老化的女性受试者,每3周1次微针治疗,共治疗3次。分别于治疗前,治疗后第3周、第6周和第8周使用皮肤快速三维成像系统、皮肤显微镜及活性皮肤表面分析系统、皮肤弹性测试仪、三刺激色度计、皮肤光泽度测试探头和皮肤黑色素测试仪对受试者面部皮肤进行定量分析和评价。结果:治疗后,面部皮肤皱纹、弹性、肤色、黑素指标和亮度改善明显(P<0.05),无明显不良反应。结论:皮肤微针联合医用胶原蛋白海绵可一定程度地改善女性面部皮肤老化。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of micro needle combined with medical application collagen sponge for skin aging.Methods 32 subjects with wrinkles were subjected to three skin microneedling sessions at 3-week intervals.The facial skin aging were evaluated and analyzed using Primos,VisioScan VC98,Cutometer,Tristimulus colorimeter,Mexameter and Glossymeter at baseline and at three,six and eight weeks after the start of treatment.Results After eight week,wrinkles,skin elasticity,skin tone,melanin index and skin gloss were improved signficantly(P<0.05).No adverse effect was observed during this study.Conclusion Micro needle combined with medical application collagen sponge is effective for skin aging.
