微针导入含透明质酸钠的复合溶液在面部年轻化中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评估微针导入含透明质酸钠的复合溶液在面部年轻化中应用的疗效和安全性。方法:对15例就医者面部皮肤采用微针注射技术导入复合溶液,治疗5次,每次间隔2周,于每次治疗前,治疗5次后第1、2个月采用单反相机拍照、VISIA皮肤检测仪检测及随访,并记录不良反应。临床医生根据色斑、纹理、毛孔、皱纹等综合评估治疗效果,同时就医者行自我满意度量表评估。结果:所有就医者经过5次治疗后,面部肤质改善明显,第3、5次治疗后及随访1个月,VISIA检测色斑、纹理、毛孔、皱纹等特征分值较治疗前均明显减小(P<0.05),就医者主观满意度较高。15例就医者治疗3次后总有效率73.33%,治疗5次后总有效率86.67%,停止治疗后1个月,总有效率93.33%。结论:微针导入含透明质酸钠的复合溶液在面部年轻化应用中安全、有效,且就医者满意度较好。Objective To examine and access the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronic composite solution by microneedles in the treatment for facial rejuvenation.Methods A total of 15 participants were treated with sodium hyaluronic composite solution by microneedles,all participants underwent up to 5 sessions of treatment at 2-week intervals.Photos,VISIA detection value of spots,texture,pores and wrinkles,participants'self-satisfaction scale,and adverse events were evaluated by physician and participants independently at preoperatively,after 5 sessions of treatment,1 and 2 months after the final treatment session.Results The VISIA detection value of spots,texture,pores and wrinkles were significantly reduced after 3,5 sessions of treatment and in follow-up 1 month(P<0.05),and the effective rate was 73.33%,86.67%and 93.33%,and statistic of subjective evaluation from the participants became higher.Conclusion Injectable sodium hyaluronic composite solution by microneedles is a promising option for facial rejuvenation.
