摘　　要：目的:探讨痤疮皮损分离的常见微生物中,非痤疮丙酸杆菌在痤疮发生中的作用。方法:评估记录及对比分析33例痤疮患者使用活性溶菌酶前(基线)、使用后第2周、第4周面部粉刺及炎性皮损的数量和严重程度。结果:基线、治疗后第2周、第4周非炎性皮损(粉刺)数量分别为(13.64±5.90)处、(13.64±5.92)处、(13.27±6.27)处,试验前、后非炎性皮损(粉刺)数量变化无统计学意义(P>0.05);基线、治疗后第2周、第4周炎性皮损(丘疹、脓疱)数量分别为9.48±5.14、7.45±4.27、6.06±4.50,试验前、后炎性皮损数量变化有统计学意义(P<0.01);18例受试者使用活性溶菌酶后炎性皮损减少30%以上,有效率达54.55%。结论:除痤疮丙酸杆菌外,其它微生物在痤疮发病机制中也可能起着一定作用。Objective To investigate the role of non-P.acnes in the development of acne in common microorganism sisolated from acne lesions.M ethods Records and comparative Analysis of the number and severity of facial com edo and inflammatory lesions in 33 subjects with acne prior to active lysozyme use(baseline)and at w eek 2,week 4 post-use.Results At baseline,the second and fourth week after the test the number of non-inflammatory lesions(comedo)were 13.64士5.90,13.64士5.92 and 13.27土6.27.T here was no significant difference in the number of non-inflam matory lesions(comedo)before and after the treatment(P>0.05).A t baseline,the second and fourth week after the test the number of inflammatory lesions(papules and pustules)w ere 9.48±5.14,7.45±4.27 and 6.06±4.50.T he numbers of inflammatory lesions before and after the test had statistical sign ifican ce(P<0.01),E igh teen subjects reduced the inflammatory lesions by More than 30%and the effective rate reached 54.55%.Conclusion Other microorganisms besides P.acnes may also play a role in the pathogenesis of acne.
