摘　　要：目的:观察2 940nm像束激光联合靓芙康复贴敷料治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的疗效和不良反应。方法:将60例凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者随机分为两组。治疗组:30例,给予2 940nm像束激光联合靓芙康复贴敷料治疗;对照组:30例,给予2 940nm像束激光联合红霉素软膏治疗。每4周治疗1次,治疗3次后比较两组治疗前后凹陷性瘢痕的修复情况及不良反应等。结果:所有凹陷性瘢痕患者经治疗后均有明显改善,且无明显不良反应。治疗组有效率为96.7%,对照组有效率80.0%,两组疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2 940nm像束激光联合靓芙康复贴敷料治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕疗效确切,安全性高,可作为治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的临床选择。Objective To observe the effective of 2 940nm Pixel laser combination with rehabilitation paste in the treatment of facial atrophic acne scar.Methods Sixty patients with facial atrophic acne scar were divided into two groups at random.The patients in treatment group were received three times consecutive treatments of 2 940nm Pixel laser every 4 weeks.After Pixel laser therapy they were treated with rehabilitation paste.While the patients in control group after Pixel laser therapy they were treated with erythromycin pointment.The clinical effective rate after treatment and adverse reactions were observed for evaluation.Results 96.7%patients in the treatment group received effective results while 80.0%in the control group showed statistical difference(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion 2 940nm Pixel laser combination with rehabilitation paste is safe and effective in treating with facial atrophic acne scar,thus worthy of a clinical choice.
