摘　　要：目的:检测痤疮患者外周血TLR-2、IL-4、IL-8、TNF-α的水平,并分析这些因素与痤疮严重程度的相关性。方法:收集本院皮肤科门诊收治的寻常性痤疮患者90例,轻、中、重度患者各30例,另选择30例健康者作为对照组。流式细胞仪检测外周血CD14+单核细胞TLR-2表达,双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清IL-4、IL-8、TNF-α水平。结果:三组痤疮患者TLR-2、IL-4、IL-8及TNF-α表达均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且均与痤疮严重程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:痤疮患者外周血TLR-2、IL-4、IL-8、TNF-α的检测可指导痤疮严重程度的客观评价和临床治疗。Objective To explore the role of TLR-2,IL-4,IL-8 and TNF-αin the pathogenesis of acne vulgaris,and analyze the correlation between these factors and the severity of the clinical manifestations of acne.Methods Venous blood was collected from 30 human controls and 90 patients with acne vulgaris,the patients were divided into three groups,mild,moderate and severe group.TLR-2 expression of CD14+monocyte in peripheral blood of flow cytometry and the level of IL-4,IL-8 and TNF-αin serum by double antibody enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The expression of TLR-2,EL-4,IL-8 and TNF-αin three groups of acne patients were all higher than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).And which was positively correlated with the severity of acne(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of TLR-2,IL-4,IL-8 and TNF-αin the peripheral blood of acne patients can guide the objective evaluation and clinical treatment of the severity of acne.
