脑康Ⅱ号对肾虚精亏、痰瘀内阻型老年失眠患者睡眠质量和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察脑康Ⅱ号对肾虚精亏、痰瘀内阻型老年失眠患者的临床疗效及对生活质量的影响。[方法]将140例失眠患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组口服地西泮治疗,观察组口服脑康Ⅱ号和地西泮。两组疗程均为4周,进行治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI),世界卫生组织(WHO)生活质量量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分。[结果]观察组有效率为97.1%,对照组为87.3%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗后PSQI各因子(睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物和日间功能)及总分均较治疗前下降(P<0.01);用药后观察组PSQI各因子及总分低于对照组(P<0.01);两组治疗后生理、心理、环境和社会关系领域评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.01),治疗后在生理、心理、环境和社会关系领域,观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]脑康Ⅱ号能改善肾虚精亏、痰瘀内阻型老年失眠患者的睡眠质量,提高患者的生活质量。[Objective]To discuss the curative effect of Naokang II in treating aged insomnia patients with kidney vacuity and essence depletion or the intermingled phlegm and blood stasis type.[Methods]All 140 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group,the observation group took Naokang II combined with estazolam orally,and the control group took estazolam only.Course of treatment was 4 weeks for both groups.Scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and WHO quality of life scale(WHOQOL-BREF)were used to evaluate the quality of life,sleeping quality and side effect before and after therapy.[Results]The efficiency of observation group(91.7%)was superior to that of control group(87.3%)(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of PSQI factors(sleep quality,time of falling asleep,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,hypnotic and day function)and the total scores were decreased compared with the data before treatment in both groups(P<0.01).Scores of PSQI factors and the total scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01).After treatment,scores of physiology,mentality,environmental and social relations were higher than the data before treatment(P<0.01).And scores of these data in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).[Conclusion]Naokang II can improve the sleeping quality and enhance the life of quality in patients in aged insomnia patients with kidney vacuity and essence depletion or the intermingled phlegm and blood stasis type.
