肾移植受者服药意向影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解服药态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制对肾移植受者服药意向的影响。方法采用针对肾移植受者移植药物依从性的计划行为理论调查问卷调查移植随访门诊就诊的197例肾移植受者的服药意向、服药态度、主观规范及知觉行为控制。结果肾移植受者服药意向得分9.58±1.11、服药态度得分48.77±4.96、主观规范得分13.80±2.41、知觉行为控制得分8.59±1.24。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,主观规范及知觉行为控制是肾移植受者服药意向的影响因素(均P<0.01),共解释服药意向变异的21.8%。结论主观规范和知觉行为控制影响肾移植受者的服药意向,医务人员应采取针对性的措施加强受者的主观规范和知觉行为控制,改善其服药意向,进而提高服药依从性。Objective To understand the influence of attitudes towards medicine-taking,subjective norm and perceived behavioral control on the intention of taking medicine for renal transplant recipients.Methods A planned behavior theory questionnaire targeting at transplantation medication compliance was utilized to investigate 197 renal transplant recipients in transplantation follow-up outpatient,to measure their medicine taking intention,medication attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavior control.Results The score of patients′medicine-taking intention,medication attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavior control was 9.58±1.11,48.77±4.96,13.80±2.41 and 8.59±1.24 respectively.Multiple stepwise regression analysis result showed that,subjective norms and perceived behavioral control were the main factors influencing the intention of taking medicine for renal transplant reci-pients,which explained 21.8%of the total variance.Conclusion Subjective norm and perceived behavior control influence the intention of taking medicine for renal transplant recipients.Medical staff should take targeted measures to strengthen recipients′subjective norm and perceived behavior control,to improve their intention to take medicine,and then enhance their medication com-pliance.
