急诊科护士社会心理安全氛围感知与精神幸福感的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的了解急诊科护士社会心理安全氛围感知与精神幸福感现状,并分析两者的相关性。方法应用社会心理安全氛围量表、精神幸福感问卷对4所三级医院的165名急诊科护士进行问卷调查。结果急诊科护士社会心理安全氛围、精神幸福感得分分别为(42.27±6.54)分和(71.29±10.82)分,社会心理安全氛围及各维度与精神幸福感及各维度呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论急诊科护士社会心理安全氛围、精神幸福感处于中等水平,管理者可通过提高急诊科护士的社会心理安全氛围来提高其精神幸福感。Objective To understand the current situation of perceived psychosocial safety climate and spiritual well-being among nurses working in emergency department,and analyze their relationship.Methods Totally 165 nurses working in emergency department were selected from 4 tertiary hospitals and were investigated using the Psychosocial Safety Climate-12 and Spiritual Well-Being Questionnaire.Results The score of psychosocial safety climate and spiritual well-being among nurses in emergency department was(42.27±6.54)and(71.29±10.82)respectively,the total score and each dimension score of psychosocial safety climate were po-sitively correlated with the total score and each dimension score of spiritual well-being(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion Psychosocial safety climate and spiritual well-being among nurses in emergency department are at moderate level,managers could improve nurses′spiritual well-being by enhancing their psychosocial safety climate.
