摘 要:本文建立了20,kg/h两段供氧干排渣气流床气化装置,针对高灰熔点煤进行了无二段供氧和两段供氧的气化实验.结果表明:当O/C摩尔比大于0.95后,二段供氧干排渣气流床气化技术的气化效果开始优于无二段供氧干排渣气流床气化技术.当O/C摩尔比为1.10时,二段供氧干排渣气流床气化技术的有效合成气效率为80.4%,碳转化率为93.24%;无二段供氧干排渣气流床气化技术的有效合成气效率为78.8%,碳转化率为91.67%.A 20,kg/h entrained flow gasification testbed with dry slag by two-stage oxygen supply is set up and conducted.The results show that,when the molar ratio of O/C is larger than 0.95,the entrained flow gasification technology with dry slag by second-stage oxygen begin to have a better gasification result than that with nonsecond-stage oxygen.Specifically,when the molar ratio of O/C is 1.10,the effective syngas volume fraction and carbon conversion rate are 80.4%and 93.24%for second-stage oxygen gasification,and 78.8%and 91.67%for non-second-stage oxygen gasification,respectively.
