摘 要:FCB工况下汽轮机带厂用电运行,是汽轮机最恶劣的运行工况。为分析FCB工况下汽轮机调节系统特性,从中找出最优控制措施,进一步完善机组FCB功能,基于仿真方法,分析FCB工况下汽轮机调节系统的静态特性与动态特性。分别从功率给定值、速度变动率数值选取、延迟时间导致转子转速飞升、再热器惯性、OPC动作对调节系统调节品质影响方面分析,提出优化控制措施和运行注意事项,为工程技术人员提供参考。There is no doubt that the most extreme condition for steam turbines is house load operation under the situation of FCB.In order to determine the optimal control method of steam turbine governing systems under this condition and improve the fast cut back capacity of coal-fired power plants,the simulation method was adopted to analyze the static characteristic and dynamic characteristic of the steam turbine governing systems.Moreover,the effect of the given power value,selection of vertiginous rate,rise of rotor speed caused by delay time,inertance of re-heater and over speed protect controller(OPC)action on the capability of control system was further investigated.Optimization of control measures and operational considerations were proposed based on above results which offers references for engineers.
