摘 要:为解决锅炉由于严重结焦导致多次发生炉膛灭火,严重影响机组安全稳定运行的问题。本文采用了对锅炉进行冷态空气试验和热态燃烧调整试验的方法,对影响锅炉稳定运行的一些主要参数进行了实验研究。主要内容包括:炉内假想切圆测量,冷态模化试验,炉内速度场分布试验,变一次风量调整,变三次风量调整试验,变氧量调整试验等。最后发现燃烧器和设计工况存在一定的偏差,通过热态燃烧调整,锅炉结焦状况得到明显改善,经济性也得到提高,实现了机组安全、经济运行。To solve the fire off caused by a serious coking of the boiler,a serious problem affecting the unit safety and stable operation,the cold aerodynamic field of the boiler was analyzed and the thermal combustion adjustment test was carried out to investigate some main parameters affecting the stable operation of the boiler.The main context included the imaginary tangential measurement,cold model test,furnace velocity field distribution test,variable primary air volume adjustment,variable third air volume adjustment test,oxygen regulation test and so on.Finally,it was found that there is a clear deviation between the working burner and design condition.Then through the adjustment,boiler coking situation has been significantly improved and the economy has also been improved,achieving safe and economic operation.
