摘 要:建立了1个超高效液相色谱(UPLC)方法,对纸品中卡拉花醛的含量进行了测定。该方法采用超声萃取技术提取纸品中的卡拉花醛,提取产物浓缩定容、过滤后进行UPLC分析,外标法定量。在信噪比(S/N)为3的条件下,该方法检出限为0.20mg/kg。在3个加标浓度水平下,该方法的加标平均回收率为97.16%~99.43%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=9)为0.20%~1.06%。该方法易于操作、简便快速、定量准确可靠,检出限低,可完全满足纸品中卡拉花醛含量测试的需求。An effective method was established for rapid determination of karanal in paper products by ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography(UPLC).Karanal in paper products was ultrasonically extracted,then was condensed and filtered,followed by the analysis of UPLC.The concentration of karanal was calibrated by the external standard method.The limit of detection(LOD)was 0.20mg/kg at signal to noise(S/N)of 3.The spiked average recoveries changes from 97.16%to 99.43%under three spiked levels while the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=9)varied from 0.20%to 1.06%.This method is simple,sensitive,accurate and convenient to operate,satisfying completely the demand on the determination of karanal in paper products.
