摘  要:对某台再造烟叶抄纸机的毛毯脱水能力及横向含水量均匀性进行了研究。结果表明:(1)上、下毛毯进真空箱前含水量控制在600~720g/m、340~470g/m,出真空箱后含水量控制于430~550g/m、270~400g/m,且当上毛毯脱水能力低于100g/m时,上毛毯下机。下毛毯脱水能力低于50g/m时,下毛毯下机。(2)毛毯横向含水量最适极差:上毛毯≤120g/m,下毛毯≤130g/m。毛毯横向含水量常见故障主要包括喷嘴堵塞、毛毯磨损、边压及辊中高过大。(3)化学洗涤后横向含水量极差由112g/m下降至73g/m,脱水能力由原121g/m升高至170g/m。机械洗涤后横向含水量极差由96g/m下降至71g/m,脱水能力由原有128g/m升高至140g/m。In this paper was studied the felt dehydration ability and cross direction water content uniformity in a reconstituted tobacco leaf papermaking machine.The result show that:(1)the moisture content is controlled at 600-720g/m,600-470g/m before upper and bottom felts going through the vacuum box,the moisture content out of the vacuum boxes is controlled at 430-550g/m,430-400g/m,and when the dehydration ability of the upper felt is lower than 100g/m and bottom felt dehydration ability is lower than 50g/m,the felts must be changed;(2)the range in moisture content:upper felt at 120g/m or less,bottom felt at 130g/m or less.The usual problems in cross direction felt water content range mainly includes nozzle clogging,felt wear out,high side pressure and too big crown of roll.(3)the cross direction water content range descended to 73g/m from 112g/m through chemical washing,dehydration capacity increased from the original 121g/m to 170g/m.the cross direction water content range descend from 96g/m to 71g/m,dehydration capacity increased from the original 128g/m to 140g/m after mechanical washing.
