基于模糊分析法的网络评价体系建构与实施

摘　　要：基于模糊分析法构建了包含网络内容、网络影响力、网络发展等6个一级指标,网络性能、网络外观、内容数量等14个二级指标,44个测度变量的评价体系,并形成权重赋值、指标的计算及分析模式。在应用方面,以H高校评价为例,展示了选择评价对象、建立评价小组、收集数据、专家实施评价、数据整理、数据分析及反馈与建议的完整工作流程。Based on fuzzy analysis method,constructed the contains online content,network,network development influence 6 first-level indicators,such as network performance,network appearance,content,number 14 secondary indicators,44 and estimate the evaluation system of variable,and formed the weight assignment,the calculation and analysis of the model.In terms of application,H evaluation in colleges and universities,for example,shows the choosing evaluation object,establish evaluation team,data collection,expert evaluation,data collection,data analysis and a complete workflow feedback and suggestions.
