摘 要:湿法磷酸由于原料和其生产工艺的特点,导致杂质含量很高,如要制取优质的磷酸盐产品,需要对其进行净化。本文采用十二烷基苯磺酸钠作为除杂剂对湿法磷酸进行除杂,实验研究理论用量、搅拌强度和反应时间对各离子净化率的影响。结果表明,当用量为理论值的0.8倍、搅拌强度为400r/min、反应时间为50min时,各离子净化率达到最高。Because of the characteristics of raw material and its production process,wet process phosphoric acid has high impurity content.If it is necessary to produce high quality phosphate products,it needs to be purified.In this paper,we used sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate as a dopant on the impurity of wet-process phosphoric acid,the experimental study of the theoretical amount,stirring intensity and reaction time on the ion purification rate.The results show that when the dosage is 0.8 times the theoretical value,the stirring intensity is 400rpm and the reaction time is 50min,the ion purification rate reaches the highest.
