摘　　要：用三氟甲基酮酰腙作为三氟甲基合成砌块,在无催化剂条件下,通过三氟甲基酮酰腙和乙酸酐的酰化环化反应,合成了一系列三氟甲基取代的2,3-二氢-1,3,4-噁二唑衍生物.该法具有反应步骤短,操作简单及产率高等特点.The synthesis of trifluoromethylated 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives by acylation and cyclization of trifluoromethylated ketone-derived acylhydrazones is reported,which are used as trifluoromethyl building blocks and acetic anhydride in the absence of catalysts.The features of this process include shorter reaction steps,concise manipulation and high yields.
