Analysis on the construction and community phylogenetic structure of deciduous broad-leaved forest community in Baiyunshan nature reserve based on different models

摘  要:以白云山自然保护区小黄山1 hm^2动态监测样地为基础,将样地划分为10 m×10 m,20 m×20 m,25 m×25 m 3个不同空间尺度的样方,同时将样地中所有调查统计过的个体按胸径大小划分为小径级(1 cm≤DBH<5cm)、中径级(5 cm≤DBH<10 cm)、大径级(DBH≥10 cm),分别代表3个不同的时间尺度。在不同空间和时间尺度内运用限制型和非限制型2种零模型计算了白云山森林群落的净系统发育亲缘关系指数(NRI)和最近种间亲缘关系指数(NTI)。研究发现:(1)在10 m×10 m、20 m×20 m、25 m×25 m尺度范围内白云山落叶阔叶林群落系统聚集强度随着尺度的扩大依次增强,生境过滤作用明显。(2)在使用不同零模型假设时,2种模型计算出的NRI和NTI值存在明显的正相关关系,在2种不同零模型假设下部分样方的NRI和NTI表现出了不同的正负值,总体来看,非限制性零模型趋向于群落系统发育结构的聚集,而限制性零模型趋向于群落发散。(3)小黄山样地小径级到中径级NRI和NTI值逐渐降低,而大径级聚集强度显著增加;同时,在限制型零模型下样地群落从小径级到大径级NRI和NTI逐渐降低。上述结果均反映了生境过滤是维持小黄山森林群落多样性维持的重要机制。This study is based on the data of the Xiaohuangshan 1 hm 2 dynamic monitoring Xiaohuangshan plot in the Baiyunshan Nature Reserve.The 1 hm 2 plot was divided into quadrats at 3 spatial scales(10 m×10 m,20 m×20 m,25 m×25 m)and three DBH sizes(1 cm≤DBH<5 cm,5 cm≤DBH<10 cm,DBH≥10 cm).The three diameter classes represent the forest of the different ages.We estimated the phylogenetic structure by comparing observed phylogenetic distances among species with the distribution of phylogenetic distances under two different null models undergoing different spatial and time scales in the Xiaohuangshan plot in Baiyunshan National Nature Reserve.It was shown that,the intensity of phylogenetic clustering increased with the scaling in 10 m×10 m,20 m×20 m,25 m×25 m at the deciduous broad-leaved forest community system in Baiyunshan.And the results show that habitat filtration has a significant effect on community construction.Meanwhile,the NRI and NTI in some of the quadrats appear both positive and negative values undergoing the different null model assumption.The NRI and NTI value calculated by the different models had an obvious positive correlation.In general,the unconstrained null model had the tendency of phylogenetic clustering,while the constrained null model had the tendency of phylogenetic overdispersion.At last,while the NRI and NTI value of small diameter and the mid-diameter gradually decreased,the large diameter community’s intensity of phylogenetic clustering significantly increased.But the community’s value of NRI and NTI gradually decreased from the small diameter to the large diameter class under the constrained null model.The results suggested that phylogenetic habitat filtration is an important mechanism in regulating species diversity and shaping community structure at the deciduous broad-leaved forest in the Xiaohuangshan plot in Baiyunshan National Nature Reserve.
