摘 要:该研究采用粉末冶金工艺制备了无铅Cu-Zn基止推轴承材料,系统研究了合金元素及工艺对材料显微组织、力学性能的影响。结果表明,Ni与Mn的加入均能细化无铅铜基材料的晶粒,改善材料的力学性能。另Ni对材料力学性能的改善优于Mn;通过烧结温度对烧结件密度起先抑后扬的作用,材料的抗拉强度与硬度也随之先增大后减小;精整对无铅铜基材料的强度和硬度都有加强的作用,但是由于加工硬化现象,材料的塑性被削弱。In this paper,powder metallurgy technology is used to prepare lead-free Cu-Zn base thrust bearing material,the influence of alloy element and process on microstructure and mechanical properties of materials is studied systematically.The results show that the addition of Ni and Mn can refine the grain of lead-free copper base material and improve the mechanical properties of the material.Besides,Ni can do better to improve the mechanical properties of the material than Mn.The effect of sintering temperature on the density of the sintered part is ascending at first,and then declining.The tensile strength and hardness of the material are increased at first and then decreased follow the density.The strength and hardness of the lead-free copper based materials can be enhanced by re-pressing,but the plasticity of the materials is weakened due to the cold-working hardening.
