高温合金材料在铜及铜合金挤压模具应用的实践探索

摘　　要：该文介绍了国内挤压铜及铜合金管材模具材料的更新时段和更新原因,重点介绍了高温合金材料在铜合金挤压模具的应用实践效果,总结了不同高温合金材料适用的铜合金挤压模具类别,为铜加工行业挤压合金铜管初步摸索出了适用的模具材料,对提升挤压模具使用寿命和合金管材质量、降低生产成本起到关键作用。This paper introduces the update time and reason of die material of extrusion copper and copper alloy tube in domestic,especially the application effect of high temperature alloy material in copper alloy extrusion dies,summarizes the application of different high temperature alloy materials for copper alloy extrusion dies,finds out the applicable die materials for copper tube in copper processing industry.Thus the material plays a key role in improving the service life of extrusion die and quality of alloy tube and reduces the production cost.
