摘 要:低噪声放大器是通信接收机前端的主要部件,其设计优化水平对接收机灵敏度的提高起着关键性作用。结合对噪声系数、三种功率增益和稳定性因子的理论分析,介绍低噪声放大器设计时需重点考虑的因素,提出最小噪声匹配和输出阻抗匹配相结合的设计方法。运用该方法设计低噪声放大器的偏置电路、稳定性电路以及输入、输出匹配电路,并采用仿真工具对匹配电路的参数进行优化。仿真结果表明,该设计能够在工作频率范围内较好地兼顾噪声系数和功率增益,可为相关系统的工程设计和优化提供参考。The low noise amplifier is the main component of the communication receiver front end,and its design optimization level plays a key role in improving the receiver sensitivity.Combining the theoretical analysis of the noise figure,the three power gains,and the stability factor,the factors that need to be considered when designing a low noise amplifier are introduced.A design method combining minimum noise matching and output impedance matching is proposed.This method is used to design the bias circuit,the stability circuit,and the input and output matching circuits of the low noise amplifier.The simulation tool is used to optimize the parameters of the matching circuit.The simulation results indicate that the design method can well take into account the noise figure and power gain within the working frequency range.It can provide reference for engineering design and optimization of related systems.
