消渴病痹证辨证施护模式的构建及应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨消渴病痹证辨证施护模式的构建及运用效果。方法构建消渴病痹证辨证施护模式,选择2015年3月-2016年4月我院收治的120例消渴病痹证患者,随机分为观察组、对照组各60例。对照组采用常规中医护理方案,观察组运用消渴病痹证辨证施护模式进行分型施护,连续护理15d后,比较两组患者多伦多临床症状积分、生活质量、自我效能评价及满意度。结果观察组患者多伦多临床症状积分、生活质量、自我效能评价及满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消渴病痹证辨证施护模式在提高临床疗效的同时提升了患者满意度,且其评价体系客观性强,为深化中医护理服务质量提供有力依据,值得临床推广。Objective To study the construction of diabetes peripheral neuropathy(DPN)dialectical nursing mode and it's application effect.Methods 120 diabetes patients with DPN from March 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group(60 cases in each group).Patients in control group was adopted the routine TCM nursing program.Patients in observation group was used DPN dialectical nursing mode.After continuous nursing for 15 days,the Toronto clinical scoring system,quality of life,self-efficacy evaluation and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were measured and compared.Results The scores of Toronto clinical scoring system,quality of life,self-efficacy and satisfaction for the observation group were better than those in the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The DPN dialectical nursing mode was effective in improving the clinical curative effect and improving patients'satisfaction.The objectivity of the evaluation system is strong,and provide powerful support for deepening the TCM nursing service quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
