摘　　要：目的:评价Ⅰ型糖尿病同种胰岛移植技术临床应用效果。方法:通过系统综述和单臂meta分析,进行有效性、安全性和经济性评价。结果:同种胰岛移植技术治疗Ⅰ型糖尿病可减少胰岛素用量,48.96%的患者术后可完全撤离胰岛素,移植胰岛细胞的功能可维持一定时间,糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)显著降低,但其治疗的长期有效性、安全性和经济性需要深入研究。结论:医疗机构需严格管控和提高同种胰岛移植技术的安全性和有效性,降低临床应用的风险。Objective:To evaluate the effect of clinical application of islet allotransplantation for type 1 diabetes mellitus.Methods:To assess the effectiveness,safety and economy through systematic review and single-arm meta analysis.Results:Islet allotransplantation significantly reduced the insulin dose,48.96%of the patients evacuated the insulin completely after the operation,the function of the transplanted islet cells could be maintained for a certain period of time,and the average level of HbA1c was declined significantly.However,the long-term effectiveness,safety and economy of the treatment needed to be studied in depth.Conclusion:Medical institutions should strictly control and improve the effectiveness and safety of the islet allotransplantation technology to prevent the unethical events of clinical application.
