摘　　要：目的:分析北京市卫生费用结果,分析存在的问题,提出政策建议。方法:采用筹资来源法与机构流向法进行研究。结果:2015年北京市卫生总费用总额为1834.75亿元,占GDP的比重为7.97%,政府、社会、个人现金卫生支出分别占总费用的比例为24.30%、58.31%和17.39%。结论:北京市卫生筹资总额增长较快,筹资结构日趋合理,但应该提高卫生资金使用效率和公平性,优化资源配置。Objective:To analyze the results of Beijing regional total health expenditure(THE)in 2015,summarize the main issues in health financing and propose suggestions for policy making.Methods:Health expenditure accounting methods by financing source and by health provider were applied.Results:The THE of Beijing was 1834.75 billion yuan,which accounted 7.97%of GDP.The proportion of government,social and personal of health expenditure accounted for 24.30%,58.31%and 17.39%respectively.Conclusion:The health expenditure of Beijing rose fast and the structure of financing sources optimized obviously.However,the efficiency and fairness of health expenditure should be improved and the resource allocation should be optimized.
