摘　　要：对武汉市某大型教学医院的能耗管理现状进行分析。该院能耗管理模式主要为推行精细化管理、坚持全员参与、推广节能技术,当前存在能耗数据残缺不全、能耗管理成本过高、能耗评估机制缺乏、节能方案实施不力等问题。基于此,提出了重构医院能耗管理平台、改进能耗管理模式、创新节能技术、强化全员节能意识、充分运用合同能源管理节能机制等能耗管理策略。The present management situation of energy consumption of a large teaching hospital in Wuhan City were analyzed.The hospital management system for energy consumption mainly included implementing fine management concept,insisting on full participation,promoting lighting power,refrigeration,heat supply and energy saving technology.At present,there are many problems such as incomplete energy consumption,high cost of energy management,lack of energy consumption evaluation mechanism and poor implementation of energy saving schemes.Based on this,energy management strategies were proposed,such as reconstructing hospital energy management platform,improving energy management mode,innovating energy saving technology,strengthening the awareness of energy saving for all staff,and fully using the energy conservation mechanism of contract energy management.
