Survey on Satisfaction of Reimbursement Ratio of Medical Insurance Among Patients of County-Level Public Hospital in Jilin Province

摘　　要：目的:了解吉林省县级公立医院就诊患者基本医疗保险参保情况及对医保报销比例的满意状况。方法:对2887名来自全省各县级公立医院的就诊患者进行现场调查,运用单因素和多因素分析法探讨患者报销比例满意情况的影响因素。结果:调查医院就诊患者基本医保参保率为96.5%;医保报销比例满意率85.0%;影响患者报销比例满意情况的因素有职业类型、地区、就医类型、参保类型。结论:县级公立医院患者医保参保率、医保报销比例满意率均较高。政府应考虑结合有关影响因素设定合理的当地医保报销比例以及可持续的报销比例调整机制,增强医保政策的普惠性、公平性和可及性。Objective:To understand the coverage of basic medical insurance and the satisfaction of reimbursement ratio of basic medical insurance among patients of county-level public hospital in Jilin Province.Methods:Refer to relevant literature and design a questionnaire with reality.Investigate 2887 county-level public hospital patients in Jilin province by the questionnaire survey and analyze the obtained data with single factor analysis and multifactor analysis to explore the influence factors in the satisfaction of reimbursement ratio of basic medical insurance.Results:For the investigated county-level public hospital patients,the medical insurance coverage reached 96.5%,and 85.0%of the patients were satisfied with the proportion of medical insurance reimbursement ratio.The influence factors in the satisfaction of reimbursement ratio of basic medical insurance include:occupation type,region,patient type and insurance type.Conclusion:The medical insurance coverage and satisfaction of reimbursement ratio of basic medical insurance among patients are relatively high.Government should consider setting reasonable local insurance reimbursement ratio and sustainable reimbursement ratio adjustment mechanism combining with related influence factors,thereby enhancing the universality,the fairness and accessibility of health care policy.
