摘　　要：介绍了造纸涂布工艺涂料中的空气来源和危害性,描述了空气在涂料中的行为和分布,探讨了空气含量的测量方法以及目前减少空气含量的具体办法。介绍了维美德开发的Opti Air除气器,运行原理以及在纸机上的应用效果。最终可以发现,通过使用除气器可降低上料系统涂料中的气泡含量,稳定涂布质量,提升涂布机的运行性能。It Introduced the air source and perniciousness in paper-making coating color.The air behavior and distribution in coating color were described,the measurement of air content and action for reducing air content were investigated.Valmet developed OptiAir deaerator,running principle and result were introduced.Finally,we found that deaerator could reduce air bubble content in coating supply system,improve coating color quality and coater runnability.
