摘　　要：通过棒材表面酸洗、氮氧分析、扫描电镜能谱仪和金相显微镜等手段,对特钢新区所生产27CrMoNbTi热轧管坯钢的表面裂纹进行观察、检验,分析了棒材在生产过程中产生表面裂纹的原因,并采取了相应措施。Cracks on the surface of hot rolled tube blank 27CrMoNbTi was observed and determined by means of bar surface pickling,nitrogen and oxygen determination and using scanning electron microscopy spectrometer and metallographic microscope.The causes of surface cracks during production and the corresponding measures were analyzed in this paper.
