摘　　要：本文介绍了大规格管坯在穿孔过程中产生的分层原因,从低倍、金相组织及电镜扫描等方面进行了分析,并针对性进行了工艺改进,取得了较好效果。This paper introduces and analyzes the reason of lamination of large size tube billets during perforation from the aspects of low magnification,metallographic structure and scanning electron microscope,and improves the technology accordingly,and achieves good results.
