摘　　要：真空系统是真空冶金设备中必不可少的重要组成部分,随着现代真空冶金技术的快速发展,生产工艺的不断优化改进。对真空系统提出了更多、更新、更高的技术要求。本文详细介绍了我公司3000磅真空感应炉辅助真空系统的工作原理,并针对原辅助真空系统的不合理性进行分析和研究,结合实际工艺要求和生产现状,重新设计出比较理想的辅助真空系统。Vacuum system is an important part of vacuum metallurgy equipment.With the rapid development of modern vacuum metallurgy technology,and constantly optimized and improved production process,the more and higher technical requirements on the vacuum system are proposed.In this paper,the working principle of the auxiliary vacuum system of the 3000 pounds vacuum induction furnace was introduced,and the irrationality of the original auxiliary vacuum system was analyzed and studied.Based on the actual technological requirements and production status,a more ideal auxiliary vacuum system was designed.
