摘　　要：本文以攀长特825初轧机5000KW主电机换向器带电车削为例,介绍了大型直流电机换向器的日常维护及常用修复方式,积极探讨了大型直流电机换向器在线维修方法,为其它企业相关直流电机在线维护提拱了借鉴经验。This paper took the charged turning of commutator of 5000KW large DC motor of 825 blooming mill as example,introduced the daily maintenance and regular reparation method of commutator of large DC motor,actively discussed the way to repair large DC motor online and provide experience to other enterprises to draw in experience about the online maintenance of related DC motor.
