文化生态学视角下的老城地区活态保护与更新——以广西宾阳老城区控制性详细规划为例

摘　　要：本文以文化生态学视角,结合宾阳老城控制性详细规划的实践探索,在梳理文化生态要素,改善、提升老城设施和居民生活环境基础上,通过有效的引导和控制,突出了对老城山水格局、空间形态、各类物质及非物质历史文化遗存等的保护。另外,通过尊重原居民居住和生活方式的自主性选择、新型业态植入及功能调整,多样化的保护与更新方式等,达到改善和提高当地居民的居住和生活水平的目的。From the perspective of cultural ecology in this paper,based on combing the cultural ecological elements as well as improving and upgrading the facilities and living environment of the old town,the practice of regulatory plan of Binyang old town not only highlights the protection of the landscape pattern,space form,all material and non-material historical and cultural relics in various ways of the old town by effective guidance and control,but also improves and enhances the habitation and the living standard of local residents by the new commercial forms implantation,functions adjustment,and diverse ways of conservation and renewal,in the foundation of respecting their own selection of habitation and lifestyles of the original residents.
