摘　　要：特色小镇是新型城镇化背景下城镇发展模式的新探索,是产业功能、社区功能和文化功能融为一体的空间发展新载体。如何传承小城镇传统地域文化,实现其文化特色发展和创新,是当前我国特色小镇建设不容忽视和亟待解决的核心问题之一。本文以文化延续为视角,以陕西陕南商洛市上集特色小镇为例,在解读传统文化内涵的基础上,深入剖析空间布局特征及建设发展面临的现实困境,提出传统文化与产业链接的功能策略;文化与布局共生的空间策略;文化与自然山、水、林、田、湖、草、路七要素融合的环境策略。通过规划的保护、控制、修复和建设,推动传统地域文化与空间的有机融合,以达到人居环境的发展与提升,为进入新时代的我国特色小镇建设发展实践提供有益资鉴。The characteristic town has been a new exploration of the urban development pattern under the new urbanization background,and it also has been the spatial development carrier integrating the industry,the community and the cultural function.How to inherit the regional traditional culture,to achieve the cultural characteristics of development and innovation,is one of the key problems that need to be solved urgently in the construction of characteristic towns in China.On the basis of interpreting the connotation of traditional culture,taking Shangji as the typical town of southern Shaanxi as an example,this paper analyzes the characteristics of spatial layout and the realistic dilemma of development.Furthermore,the paper proposes the cultural and industrial linkage function strategy,the spatial strategy of culture and layout symbiosis,and cultural combined with mountain,water,forest,field,lake,grass,road,seven elements of the integration of environmental strategies.Through the planning of town protection,control,repair and construction,it aims to promote the organic integration of traditional culture and space,in order to achieve development and improve the living environment,and provides a useful reference for Chinese characteristics of town practice in the new era.
