信息化城市社会来临背景下中国城乡综合差距研究

摘　　要：2011年,中国的城镇化率达到51.27%,中国城市社会来临,同年底,中国网民规模达到5.13亿,互联网普及率达到38.3%,中国进入信息化社会,也进入社会矛盾的多发期。以中国城镇化进程中最主要矛盾之一——城乡差距为研究对象,通过构建涵盖信息化在内的综合指标体系,从全国的纵向比较和省际的横向对比两个维度,分析中国城镇化进程中城乡综合差距的特征和原因。评价结果表明,总体上,中国城乡综合差距的发展变化呈现倒"U"型分布规律,特别是近年来,随着新政策、新理念的逐渐落实,中国城乡综合差距正逐步缩小。在省域层面,不同地域的城乡综合差距并未因城镇化水平的高低而表现出明显的变化规律,但在区域尺度上表现为东部小于西部,南部小于北部的态势。In 2011,China's urbanization level reached 51.27%,which marked the advent of Urban Society and the frequent phase of social issues.This paper takes the urban-rural gap which is one of the main contradictions in the process of Chinese urbanization as the study object,and analyzes its development phenomena,characteristics,and possible causes by building a comprehensive evaluation index system and explores the relevant data since reform and opening-up.The research findings provide the basis of policy-making for Chinese urban and rural development.The evaluation results indicate that China in general is still in a state which the countryside lags behind the city,and the development of comprehensive urban-rural gap presents the inverted"U"shape distribution regularities.In recent years,the comprehensive urban-rural gap of China has been narrowed with the gradual implementation of some new policies and ideas.At the provincial level,the comprehensive urban-rural gap in different regions shows no obvious change rule according to the level of urbanization.Meanwhile,on account of the spatial distribution,it reveals the phenomenon of"the east is smaller than the west,and the south is smaller than the north".
