从龙游大南门街区看历史街区保护的新误区

摘　　要：近几年,对历史街区的保护更新开始出现新的方式,将除历史建筑之外的所有建筑拆除殆尽后,重新进行"古城"的设计及建设,针对这一新的保护误区,本文以大南门历史街区为例,解读该种现象在合法性、经济性、时效性方面的特征,并从对历史街区完整性、真实性,以及保留建筑所造成的消极作用分析其保护误区的实质,最后,从法律法规及保护观念的提升两方面提出解决之道。In recent years,there are new emerging forms of the protection and renewal of the historic districts.After the demolition of all the buildings except the historical buildings,design and construction of the“ancient city”are carried out.In view of this new protection misunderstanding,this paper takes the historical districts of the Great South Gate as a sample,analyzes the characteristics of legitimacy,economy and timeliness of the phenomenon,and discusses the essence of protection misunderstanding of the historical districts from the integrity,the authenticity of the historical district and the negative effect caused by the preservation of the buildings.It proposes the solution from the areas of laws and regulations and the protection concept in the end.
