大型复杂项目建筑策划“群决策”模型整合研究

摘　　要：建筑策划是研究型设计的前馈步骤。针对大型复杂项目因为前期设计决策失误造成的资源浪费现象,以"群决策"理论和技术支撑大型复杂项目的建筑策划,整合大型复杂项目建筑策划"群决策"模型,从而有系统地理性科学地指导设计要素,加强设计过程的逻辑性合理性。本文分析归纳了构建"群决策"模型的三大建模要素——决策主体、决策对象和数据分析方法,并引入决策评价反馈机制,整合了结构完整的"三层次一反馈"的大型复杂项目建筑策划"群决策"模型。Architectural programming is the first step for design base on research.For mega-complex projects because of the waste of resources caused by the phenomenon of early mistakes in decision-making,in group decision-making theory and technical support for large complex projects construction planning,integration of mega-complex architectural programming group-decision model,the paper analyzed the construction of group decision making model of three elements:modeling of decision subject,object and decision methods of data analysis,and the introduction of the decision feedback mechanism,the integration of the complete structure of the"three level feedback"mega-complex architectural programming group-decision model.
