关节注射PRP护理干预对膝关节骨性关节炎患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨关节注射富血小板血浆(PRP)护理干预对膝关节骨性关节炎的效果。方法选取膝关节骨性关节炎患者60例,按随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗并给予常规护理干预。观察组采用PRP关节腔注射治疗及综合护理干预。记录两组疼痛消失时间、肿胀消退时间、治疗前及治疗1周、2周VAS疼痛评分,治疗3周采用Rasmussen评分评价关节功能,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组肿胀消退时间、疼痛消失时间、治疗后VAS评分、Rasmussen分级评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PRP治疗膝关节骨性关节炎具有促进肿胀消退、疼痛缓解、关节功能恢复的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on osteoarthritis during injection of platelet-rich plasma(PRP).Methods Sixty patients with osteoarthritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection and the nursing intervention was given.The observation group was treated with rich Platelet plasma therapy and nursing intervention.Patients were sacrificed at the time of pain loss,before and after treatment for 1 week,2 weeks VAS pain score,treatment for 3 weeks using Rasmussen score to evaluate joint function,compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results The scores of VAS pain and Rasmussen grading were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of osteoarthritis with platelet-rich plasma has the effect of promoting swelling subsiding,relieving pain and recovering joint function.It is worthy to be popularized and used clinically.
