摘 要:质谱技术是分析化学领域高复杂、高精尖的检测技术,已广泛应用于各行各业。近年来,由于质谱技术具有高灵敏度、高特异性、能够多组分同时分析等特点,非常适合于复杂生物基质中生物标志物的定量分析,因此在医学检验中的应用日益广泛。本文将结合质谱技术的特点,对其在医学检验中的发展历程及主要应用情况进行阐述,同时基于质谱仪的发展及技术应用现状,探讨其在实际应用过程中面临的问题和挑战,并展望该技术在医学检验应用中的发展趋势和方向。Mass spectrometry is a highly complicated and the-state-of-the-art technology,which has been successfully used to many areas as a powerful analytical tool.In recent years,an increasing application of mass spectrometry in clinical laboratory can be observed.Due to its high sensitivity,specificity,and multicomponent analysis capacity,mass spectrometry has strong ability to analysis biomarkers existing in complex matrices,thus it can offer much more acute and reliable results for patient care.This article will base on the characteristics of mass spectrometry,giving a whole picture of the development and main applications of mass spectrometry in clinical laboratory.The problems and challenges that the technology is facing and the future trend of application will be mentioned.
